AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS

An aviation maintenance technician is expected to perform in shifts at any hour of the day or night. Overtime and weekend work is common for this job. When planes and helicopters land, they must be thoroughly checked prior to takeoff within a few hours of landing, regardless of the time. These technicians must be able to accomplish detailed tasks and record their work, often in a short amount of time. Aviation maintenance technicians must be able to keep a cool head in stressful conditions.While many aviation maintenance technicians work in hangars, and a great deal of work is done outdoors. Military planes in the Air Force generally have maintenance work done inside, but a Navy aircraft carrier has no hangars. The technician must be able to work in all types of weather and at high noise levels. Technicians are required to wear protective gear such as noise-canceling headphones while working .
CABIN CREW
One of the main essential duty tasks of a cabin crew is to provide an exceptional level of customer service to passengers during their trip, while ensuring their comfort and safety, of course with a “happy and helping way” attitude.
Each cabin crew member has many responsibilities besides to customer service. As a passenger, you probably never required to consider that they are there to do more than serve you a drink and pretzels!
The essential primary part of their job is about having confidence and knowledge level to deal with any emergency or security problem that may arise.
A cabin crew must ensure before each take-off that all safety and emergency equipment is in good condition and adequately stowed according to their cabin layout while respecting the type of aircraft.

AIRLINE (CSA)

An airline customer service agent works in an airport or a call center, providing information and assistance to the flying public. In a call center, an airline customer service agent helps customers with flight reservations, itinerary changes, baggage concerns and questions about customer loyalty programs. Face-to-face interaction occurs at airports. At a front counter, an airline customer service agent assists passengers with check-in, issues tickets, provides flight information, checks baggage and solves ticket-related travel problems. At the gate, airline customer service agents check boarding passes, upgrade seats and reissue tickets when a flight is overbooked. A workday may be routine or very stressful. For example, a weather or safety issue may cause the cancellation of several flights.
GROUND HANDLING (CSA)
Ground staff at an airport perform several important duties to ensure the safety and comfort of airline passengers and crew members, including checking baggage, stocking aircraft with refreshments, and cleaning the plane and runway between flights.Ground Staff work in the aviation industry where they are engaged in various roles at the airport. Ground Staff ensures the safety and comfort of passengers, including checking in baggage, providing information, assisting disabled passengers, confirming reservations, and selling tickets.

RETAILS (CSA)

A Retail Sales Associate is responsible for all sales activities and sales associate job duties, from greeting customers, answering questions, offering assistance, suggesting items, lending opinions and providing product information. Individual responsibilities as a Retail Sales Associate may include demonstrating outstanding customer service and selling skills, keeping the selling floor stocked with merchandise, assisting in display of merchandise or organizing the selling floor and stock areas.
A Retail Sale Associate must process payments by totaling purchases; processing checks, cash and store or other credit cards. Must also be able to deal with customer refunds courteously and professionally. Maintains a professional attitude with sincerity and enthusiasm reflecting store's commitment to our customer.
